About Us

Welcome to The Kent Crystal Cave - more than just crystals - a sanctuary of spiritual transformation and energy healing! Our journey began officially before lock-down, but the seeds were sown long before that, woven into a path of growth, discovery, and alignment.

Founded by me, Paddy Regan, Master Crystal Teacher & Reiki Master Teacher; The Kent Crystal Cave is a manifestation of a lifelong dream.

Manifestation has always been, and continues to be, a massive part of my life. As I continue to water the seeds from years ago, I now realise that some parts of dreams I had many, many years ago are becoming part of what I have, and am living now!

My vision is to expand into a holistic sanctuary on a large plot of land where spiritual wellness, camping, and community thrive. This future haven will offer healing modalities like Crystal Healing, Reiki, Meditation, Sound Baths, and more—helping people reconnect with themselves and the energy around them. I met my fiancée, Laura, through a Law of Attraction group, and together, we’ve embraced this journey, working with the power of intention and manifestation to create the life we desire.

One of the most pivotal moments in my journey occurred during a ghost hunt over a decade ago. In Gravesend, I touched a wall and experienced a “vision” of the place's history - one I had no prior knowledge of. This epiphany marked the opening of my third eye and further ignited my deep interest in energy, both living and not! While I’m not actively pursuing this realm at present, it remains close to my heart. After all, energy takes many forms, and who knows? One day, I may return to Paranaormal investigating and run hunts once again!

As I delved deeper into the world of energy, I found my calling in crystals - a single crystal healing session changed my life, revealing the incredible power that crystals hold. A year or so later I was up to my neck in investigation, research & meeting experts in the field. It was then that I boldly followed my intuition against common advice; I purchased my first mega powerful crystal -  Moldavite, a stone that profoundly impacted my personal & spiritual growth.

At this time in my life, a customer I was installing a kitchen for attuned me to Reiki, setting my path into even deeper alignment. That moment shifted everything, opening me up to a new understanding of energy and its transformative potential.

Alongside Laura, my fiancée, who has joined me on this magical journey, we have ascended to become Reiki Master Teachers and advanced Crystal Healing practitioners.

Our training was guided by the best - crystal healing with Philip Permutt, renowned as Britain’s leading crystal expert, and Reiki with Nicci Roscoe of Mind Medication. The knowledge and experiences we’ve gained have been truly transformative, and it’s been an honour to share this journey with so many like-minded souls.

At The Kent Crystal Cave, Laura and I are passionate about energy work. We love sharing our expertise in crystals and Reiki to help others connect with these powerful tools and elevate their own journeys. LAURA; Mum, Reiki Master Teacher & Advanced Crystal Healing Practitioner...

Laura’s journey with spirituality started in her teenage years, sparked by an early fascination with crystals. However, life took its course, and her spiritual path was set aside until a series of challenging experiences reignited her passion. From that moment, her journey accelerated at an incredible pace. In her own words:

“As a full-time single mum of two youngish children, we found ourselves suddenly facing the Covid pandemic. During this time, I was fortunate enough to be furloughed, allowing me the time and space to heal from past experiences. Part of this healing process led me deeper into spirituality, particularly the Law of Attraction, and Tarot and Oracle cards (my crystal collection was already growing nicely by this point too!). I began a daily meditation practice, which helped me tremendously in quieting my overthinking mind.

I discovered Oracle cards, which opened my third eye and strengthened my intuition. From there, I dove into Tarot, teaching myself to read cards and energy. I was recently told by an intuitive that I have Romany heritage on my dad’s side, which may explain why Tarot feels so natural to me, allowing me to tune in and receive messages. During this time, I joined a local Law of Attraction group on Facebook - and that’s where I met Paddy.

At the time, I was manifesting a builder to work on my house, and when Paddy posted about his work, I asked for a quote. Little did I know, I wasn’t just manifesting building work! A year later, Paddy entered my life again, and as they say, the rest is history. It’s been an incredible journey for both of us. My interests now span crystals, Tarot, Oracle, angels, energy, astrology, and more recently, I’ve been exploring witchcraft.”

Laura’s story is one of personal transformation, guided by intuition, and an ever-deepening connection to energy, spirituality, and the magic of manifestation.
