We have both been trained by Philip Permutt to Level 4 Master Crystal Teacher (Paddy) and Level 3 Advanced Crystal Healing Practitioner (Laura).

We completed our training courses direct with him in St Albans.

We are both Reiki Master Teachers, trained by Reiki Master Nicci Roscoe (Philip's partner) and we also completed that in St Albans too.

Crystal Healing

Crystals emit energy that work in harmony with our energy to help realign us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. During your healing session you will lay down comfortably and crystals will be placed on and maybe around your body.  While this process is taking place you may feel anything from deep relaxation to being wide awake and energised, try and relax into the process if you can, after all, it is not often we get to focus on ourselves and switch off to everyday life!

During the treatment you may feel a range of emotions and/or physical sensations in your body, all of this is normal while the crystals are working to release blocked energy within your body.  You may not feel anything straight away and that is normal too, be assured that the healing you receive will be working wherever your body needs it most; even if it is not initially where you think you need it.

Reiki Healing

Reiki uses life force universal energy and we are merely a channel to guide this energy to aid in your healing.  We have been attuned and trained in directing this universal energy through our hands to your main chakras (energy centres) in order to achieve healing and alignment throughout your physical and spiritual body.  

As with Crystal Healing, you may experience a range of emotions, thoughts, feelings, have visions (see things in your mind’s eye) or you may find that you go into a deep state of relaxation, this is all completely normal. You may not feel anything straight away and that is normal too; be assured though that the healing you receive will be working wherever your body needs it most, even if it is not initially where you think you need it.

Side Note:

Both Crystal and Reiki healing are excellent forms of energy healing suitable for everyone, young, old and during pregnancy.  Please note that they are an alternative therapy and complimentary too, but not an alternative to medical healing. 

We can also combine Crystal and Reiki healing into one longer session.

It is recommended that you have a minimum of three sessions with any form of healing as the first session will identify and bring to the surface any problems that need healing, whether that is on a physical, emotional or spiritual level.  The second session will start to address these problems and the healing will begin.  The third session will reinforce and continue the healing started in session two whilst also then bringing your energy back into alignment.  If there are deep rooted issues that come to the surface during treatment then you may need to continue the sessions until these have been addressed and your energy is back in alignment.
